Electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming increasingly popular in Nepal, as they offer an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petrol and diesel vehicles. However, one of the main concerns for EV owners is the availability of charging stations. In this article, we will explore the current state of electric vehicle charging station in Nepal.

The adoption of electric vehicles is still in its early stages in Nepal. The majority of the electric vehicle charging stations in Nepal are Level 2 charging stations, which can provide a full charge to an electric car in 4-6 hours. These Level 3 charging stations are essential for long-distance travel and are located at strategic locations along major highways.
